When it may fit
- SBA 7(a): eligible business purchases, equipment, and working capital
- SBA 504: eligible owner-occupied premises and long-term equipment
- Business expansion with a defined use of proceeds
What we review
Eligibility and structure depend on the selected SBA program and current requirements. SBA 504 does not fund working capital, inventory, or investment rental real estate. SBA financing has its own review process; our seven-day real estate closing target does not apply. Realm Nexus is not the SBA and does not imply government endorsement.
Prepare your project
- Business financial statements, tax returns, and debt schedule
- Ownership details, business plan, and use of proceeds
- Purchase agreements or equipment quotes, where applicable
Your next steps
Our team reviews the inquiry and identifies additional information needed for program and underwriting review. No SBA approval, rate, loan amount, or closing date is guaranteed.
